General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

  6. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.

The Modern Clay Studio's Ceramics Painting Workshop is the perfect experience for anyone who wants to explore the world of pottery! Join us on May 19th, from 11am to 1pm, and get ready to be amazed at what you can create. Spark your creativity and paint your very own pottery. No experience necessary - this is perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to unleash their creativity! Here's what you'll get: Learn the basics: We'll start by teaching you the fundamentals of using underglaze to paint pottery. It's like watercolors, but for ceramics! Design your masterpiece: You'll get a chance to sketch your own design on a hand-made stoneware plate (7 inches) and a cute little pinched bowl (3 inches x 2 inches). All the supplies you need: We'll provide you with a variety of underglaze colors in almost every color imaginable, paint brushes, and of course, the pottery pieces you'll be painting. Glazing and Firing: Once you've created your masterpiece, we'll take care of glazing and firing it in our kiln. It'll take about 3 weeks for your pottery to be completely finished. Pick up your creation: You can pick up your finished artwork for free at the studio after 3 weeks. If you'd like us to ship it to you, we can do that too (shipping charges extra). Important to know: Even with the best planning, sometimes things can happen during the firing process that might cause slight imperfections. That's just part of the magic of ceramics - it's a collaboration between your creativity and the elements!
