General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

  6. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.

Painting after long? Or have never tried painting? Paintology’s paint-parties should then be definitely in your list to try something fun, colourful and exciting. Is this for painters ? – NO ! Our paint-parties are open for all, where we shall guide you at every step to achieve a beautiful painting which is ready to take home! Date – 19th March | Sunday Time – 11am to 2pm Fees – Rs.1900 (All art materials will be provided + refreshments ) Venue- Doolally Taproom, Andheri. This is a beautiful Brush painting and you will be guided by our artist to paint this. You will be guided step-by-step to paint the beautiful painting on a 12” X 16” canvas. All the painting materials are provided and you don’t need to carry anything along! DISCREPANCY: Spoiling of furniture with paints of the venue partner shall be fined with ₹750. Please be careful while you paint and avoid spoiling the furniture and chairs. Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled. No cancellations or refunds will be given.
