General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

  6. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.

Be a Poet Workshop
Poetry is one of our most ancient yet popular art form. We all think at a certain point even I can be a poet. But, then you realize maybe you're not great at it. Have you ever thought what is that missing ingredient? We at cynosure diaries follow a simple yet layered formulae. I wont promise that you will go home as Robert Frost but, you can kill one or two open mics for sure
What do we do:
1. We Introduce Ourselves
2. Talk about Poetry and its existence
3. Play Word games (Brush up our vocabs)
4. Learn about Genres
5. Pick one Genre.
6. You help me create characters
7. You write your own poetry
8. Perform it.
9. We publish it on the official page of Cynosure Diaries
10. Best Poetry will be made into a video and shot with a Celebrity
