General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

  6. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.

Charcoal Sketching on Canvas
On popular demand, we bring you the Charcoal sketching on Canvas. Throughout the Renaissance, most artists used charcoal to prepare their panel paintings or fresco murals, and many used charcoal in their drawing studies. However, some masters used charcoal alone or with chalks to create stunning masterpieces. The best monochrome charcoal set available in India is by Faber-Castell India, that's the one we will be using to sketch. So even if you have never sketched / painted, this is your chance to see for yourself your true talent. Workshop Details : The 2 hour beginners' workshop covers following, - Introduction to the charcoal and required accessories - Drawing and rendering techniques - Practice sessions - Creation of a charcoal artwork As always, a framed stretched canvas of size 14" x 18", art supplies, all taken care of. And best part?  Strictly no late entries allowed Refund Policy : **Ticket once booked, if cancelled 24 hours prior to the event, participant is eligible for rescheduling & if ticket is cancelled on the day of the event, rescheduling won't be applicable.
