General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

Bombay Drawing Room brings you In-person workshops!! Yay! Painting Parties are casual get-together which allow you to socialize, so join us for a fun intimate gathering, focused towards having fun, and being yourself. A social painting party where participants drop all their anxieties and paint, following the Artist. You will be taken from a blank canvas to your visual expression masterpiece in 3 hours. An artist will be present at all times to guide you through the workshop. We take care of all the art materials! Therefore we help you attain some classic memories while you paint, where the best part is that you don't need any experience to paint. We are painting with acrylic colors on 12''x 16" board canvas! Oh yes, you get to carry the painting home! There can't be any other way you would want to spend your weekend! The session is for absolute beginners and all the art material will be covered by us! Limited seats are available.
