General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

Community Clothes Swap (Give One, Take One)
In a country like ours, donating stuff is common practice while swapping stuff isn't something that goes down well with everyone. While thrift stores and the thrift culture are pretty huge abroad, we haven't really opened our minds to explore these ideas yet.

Our Community Clothes Swap aims to help out in multiple ways! You can give away the stuff (Give One, Take One) that has cluttered your home for months now, and you can finally feel good about decluttering your home, cupboards, closets, and shelves. If you come along and support the swap by giving or exchanging some of the items, you never know what comes your way - clothes, ideas, friendships . . .

Please note if we find something that isn't in a good condition (torn, stained, faded, or broken) we will not be able to include it in the Swap. So please share items that are in good condition and that you are giving away for the right reasons. We are looking for the following Items:
  • Clothes (stain free, not torn, laundered & ironed)
  • Accessories (wearable and in good condition)
  • Bags, purses, pouches, etc. (not torn and in good condition)
