General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

Lippan Art Workshop
Experience the sheer joy of actually creating something with your hands. Here's a 2-hours experience that takes you through the process of learning and creating one of the most ancient traditional mural art from Kutch, Gujarat known as Lippan Kaam (mud and mirror work. You will be guided step by step from the scratch. All art materials will be provided to the participants along with food and beverage worth Rs. 300/-. No prior experience in drawing/painting is needed. Beginners, non-painters as well as artists are welcome. Oh yes, your beautiful masterpiece is for you to take home! In this workshop participants will learn: -Moulding of the clay to create designs and patterns. -Creating beautiful nature-inspired motifs using clay and mirrors. -Painting the artwork with acrylic colour. About the artist: Damini Sargam is a professional artist based in Mumbai, working for clients across India, Germany and Switzerland. She specializes in making oil paintings, portraits, human figures, landscapes, theme based and abstract paintings.
