General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

Magnificent Peacock Canvas Painting Workshop by Bombay Drawing Room
Bombay Drawing Room invites you to a fun laid back Art Gathering! Discover the artist in you as you paint your version of "Magnificent Peacock". Never painted before? not to worry, you will be guided by an Artist. With no prior painting experience required, this will be a guided session, shedding light on the basic strokes, sketches and techniques and helping you paint, getting in touch with the artist within. We will be painting using acrylic paint on a framed stretched canvas of size 14" x 18". As always, canvas, art supplies are all taken care of. And the best part? Amateurs, beginners & non painters all are welcome, no experience in drawing and painting is needed. Oh yes, you get to carry the painting home! Age: +21 years Walk-ins / spot registrations will be charged 100/- extra. Strictly no late entries allowed Refund Policy : **No refunds will be given once the ticket is booked. We will be happy to reschedule your ticket to any future event (valid upto 1 month from date of missed event), provided we are informed 24 hours prior to the event. If we aren’t informed 24 hrs prior, it will be considered as no show & the booking will lapse.
