General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

  6. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.

Learning, like making art - it requires our full concentration. Unfortunately, life’s endless distractions have a way of creeping in and pulling us away from the task at hand. Maybe, too, we inadvertently invite the interference - to avoid the discomfort born of challenge. The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as mid-level artists. Minimum age required is 16 years. For this reason, workshops and other intensive courses offering focused incubation are invaluable, and most folks make great gains on their learning objectives. With the close guidance of a knowledgeable instructor and the support of our fellow students, you will come to know a new you - an artist who is far more committed and engaged with the creative journey. We have conducted many art and craft workshops at our Institute and Societies for adults in learn and earn program. We are training kids and adults in the field of art. Many of our students have achieved awards in Art Contest. P.Kasthuri is a professional artist based in Mumbai, working for clients based in India, Europe and USA. She specializes in making oil paintings, portraits, human figures, landscapes, theme based and abstract paintings. She holds a good hand on handmade craft/home décor items.
