General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

  6. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.

Stop-motion Animation Workshop
Are you curious to know how animated series like Wallace & Gromit, Morph, Pingu and Shaun the Sheep are made? Yes? Then come join SMALL BEAN MEDIA on 18th and 19th May 2019 for STOP-MOTION ANIMATION workshop -the 100-year-old art form where inanimate objects come to life. A versatile group activity where everyone has a role to play. Together, we will explore the world of stop-motion animation: write a story, create a storyboard, mold characters, design set, capture images frame by frame and make a short movie on a theme. The theme sets the frame but the story options are limited only by the imagination of each team. This is a unique and highly engaging creative team building workshop. An enjoyable way to develop new skills in a fun way. We welcome everyone with an interest to learn about the oldest animation technique – group or individual. You don’t need any animation/ art experience to attend this workshop. We will provide you with all the material to create your stop-motion animation, you just have to bring your smartphones fully charged and your enthusiasm! P.S: It's a 6 hour workshop (3 hours on 18th and 3 hours on 19th May 2019)
