General rules:

Online Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to log into Zoom in time before the scheduled time of the event. The Zoom link and password will be email to you well in advance.
  2. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money if you cancel 2 hours before the meeting. However, a cancellation fee of 10% will be borne by you.
  3. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.
  4. Instamojo is our payment partner. Please check out their credentials here - www.instamojo.com
  5. In case you are unable to attend the workshop, and haven't managed to cancel your attendance 2 hours before the workshop, you will be considered as a No Show.
  6. In this case, 50% of the workshop amount would be refunded to you (the attendee) after deducting a cancellation fee of 10%. 50% will be paid to the organiser.


Offline Workshops

  1. Attendees are expected to reach the venue well in time before the scheduled time of the event.

  2. For paid events, the fee includes Rs 300, that you can redeem for F&B at any Doolally Taproom in Mumbai. You will receive it as a code in an email from us, along with your booking confirmation details. However, if you are using a discount coupon code, your fee will not include F&B.
    For free events, we don't levy a cover charge. You can place an F&B order and settle your bill at the end of the event.

  3. You will also be given access to a dashboard. This is where you can contact the organisers or us for more details. You can also cancel your attendance here.

  4. Doolally will bear the 3% payment gateway fees except during cancellations by either the organiser or attendee.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance to an event, you can, we will refund your money. However, the payment gateway transaction fee of 3% will be borne by you.

  6. If an organiser cancels the event, we will refund the full amount to you.

Tie and Dye - Summer Special
Atelier b1y Krittika brings you a fun and unique way to celebrate this summer! Come join us at our Tie and Dye workshop at Doolally Khar, on 22nd May, 2022! Dye your own unique tote bag and display your creative side with a twist. In this workshop, participants will learn techniques of this exquisite art form with a tote bag and a cotton t-shirt. This is a guided workshop and no prior experience is required. The workshop will cover - • History and relevance of tie and dye technique • Basics of Shibori, a folding and binding • Fabrics that can be used for tie and dye • Different tie and dye techniques • Various colours that can be used • Dyeing the tote bag using materials provided About the Art Form: Tie and dye is a method of dyeing clothes by hand where pieces of fabric or clothes are tied using in various techniques rubber bands or threads. The dye is then poured on it to create the desired effect. Tying of the areas results in blocking off dyes reaching areas of the fabric, this forming beautiful and unique patterns. The earliest written records of these techniques have been found in China and Japan, as well as Peru from around the 5th Century. After the workshop you will be able to dye to your hearts content. This workshop will equip you with the skills you need to apply tie and dye techniques to an array of clothes and products. You can go ahead and give makeovers to your pillow covers, bedsheets, tablecloths, scarves, t-shirts, etc.
